Quarantine Cooking

Whether your ordered pizza, had cold cereal, or fixed a gourmet meal, share your experiences, goofs, and successes. Ron brought home this tiny pork roast the last time he ventured into town, so I decided to stuff it (no smart remarks, plz). So I sauteed apples, onions, celery, raisins, Panko, chix broth, butter, cardamom, cinnamon, a BIG clove of garlic. Created a pocket in the roast, stuffed it to over flowing and tied it all up with string. It's in the oven at 350. Think I'll turn it down. Maybe it won't dry out if cooked at a lower temperature. Better yet, Lower the oven AND use a meat thermometers.
